Perdeberg Winery was involved in the QualityLife Women in Leadership Conference. The QualityLife Company envisions a workplace where work is done out of love, instead of duty.
Debby Edelstein hosted the event, and emphasised that the meeting was about the value of collective wisdom, the responsibility of leadership and about how one could apply oneself to listen better, by becoming more comfortable with silence and respecting the views of others. A clearer insight was given to how women in leadership roles deal with the challenges they face in positions of responsibility.
